Alexandre Arnault Enters NIKE, Inc. Board of Directors

NIKE today announced the appointment of Alexandre Arnault to its Board of Directors. Arnault currently serves as Deputy CEO of Moët Hennessy, LVMH’s wines and spirits division. He has successfully held this corporate leadership position since February 2025. Today, modern global enterprises need seasoned executives to navigate dynamic retail environments effectively. Proven Track Record in Luxury Retail and Brand Transformation

Prior to his current role, Arnault spent four years as Executive Vice President at Tiffany & Co. During his tenure, he directed product strategy, communications, and industrial operations. Furthermore, he played a crucial role in revitalizing the legendary jewelry maker.

Earlier in his career, he spearheaded LVMH’s strategic acquisition of luggage manufacturer RIMOWA. Subsequently, he served as RIMOWA’s Chief Executive Officer for four full years. In that role, he transformed the company’s business model and modernized its market positioning.

Additionally, Arnault focused heavily on digital innovation and technology venture investments at LVMH and Agache. He initially built his sharp business acumen at management consulting firm McKinsey & Company and investment firm KKR.

Currently, Arnault sits on the Board of Directors at parent company LVMH. Moreover, he serves as a dedicated trustee of The Museum of Modern Art in New York. In previous years, he served on corporate boards for Carrefour, Birkenstock, and Moncler.

Arnault graduated from Télécom Paris with a degree in engineering. Furthermore, he holds a master’s degree from the prestigious École Polytechnique. This is made possible by bringing in his expertise. As such, NIKE continues to be in a good position to advance the digital transformation agenda.
