Alaska Communications Names New Chief Executive Officer

Alaska Communications CEO appointment marks a key leadership change as Courtland Madock prepares to lead the company. According to the company, the board of directors has named Madock as the new president. Chief executive officer of the Communications Corporation.

Madock will succeed Paul Fenaroli, who plans to step down in August. Madock will replace Paul Fenaroli, who intends to resign in August. This approach will ensure continuity and operational stability.

Madock brings more than 18 years of experience in telecommunications and broadband. Madock previously worked in key leadership positions in WOW!, Brightspeed, and U.S. Cellular. In addition to that, she has managed to lead teams of great size and launch new products. Further, she has enhanced customer experience initiatives and grown the business in the process. Her leadership style is characterized by effective strategy and decision-making based on data. Finally, she has aligned teams to achieve great customer results.
