Marketing technology leader Hightouch appointed Matthew Lubeck as General Manager for EMEA today. Based in London, Mr. Lubeck will oversee all go-to-market efforts in the region. Moreover, he will lead European companies into using the agentic marketing approach. The company has been working to enable global brands to make use of data and artificial intelligence. Hence, hiring a leader will assist the firm in expanding within key European markets.
The company has set up a solid base within the region through offices in London and Paris. Also, native speakers are available in France, Italy, the Nordics, the Benelux, and the Middle East regions. The system supports full European Union data residency. Crucially, it operates directly inside each client’s existing data warehouse. Therefore, corporate teams never need to copy sensitive customer data into external platforms. High-profile regional clients include Accor, HelloFresh, Currys, Telenor, Salomon, Bolt, Nando’s, and Depop. Meanwhile, the enterprise is expanding its Middle East footprint with a dedicated Dubai team. This leadership appointment follows over 100 percent annual growth alongside a recent $150 million Series D round.
Bringing Deep Expertise in Enterprise AI and Data Infrastructure
Mr. Lubeck brings twenty years of experience across European marketing technology and consumer sectors. Previously, he launched and led EMEA operations at Amperity. Earlier in his career, he held key executive positions at L’Oréal and The Estée Lauder Companies.
“Matthew has grown a business in Europe from the ground up, and we’re excited to have him lead our team in EMEA,” said Tejas Manohar, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Hightouch. “Europe is home to some of the world’s most creative brands, and their marketers are ready to move from running campaigns by hand to managing AI agents that do the work. Matthew is the right person to lead that shift.”
“I’ve seen the CMO’s growth challenge from both sides, as a marketer at L’Oréal and Estée Lauder, and building a customer data business at Amperity,” said Lubeck. “The next leap is giving every marketer a team of AI agents that can act on their customer data in every market and every language, without it ever leaving their own environment. That’s what European brands need, and Hightouch is the company actually delivering it. I’m thrilled to build the team across EMEA.”
Ultimately, this executive move reinforces Hightouch as a premier driver of AI-powered customer intelligence solutions.
