Travere Therapeutics has announced a major executive transition today. President and Chief Executive Officer Eric Dube, Ph.D., decided to step down from his leadership position. It was a personal choice for him to allocate his time towards his health and family obligations. Therefore, the Board of Directors decided to appoint Bradley L. Campbell as the next President and CEO. Mr. Campbell will take up his duties as President and CEO of Travere Therapeutics from December 1, 2026. Meanwhile, Dr. Dube will assist Travere Therapeutics as an executive advisor through February 15, 2027. This operational overlap ensures a seamless transition for all corporate stakeholders and employees.

My own experiences with rare disease have also given me a profound appreciation for health, family and time. I have made that decision with enormous confidence in Travere’s future, its leadership team and in Bradley. Dr. Dube guided Travere Therapeutics through an era of expanding clinical portfolios and market growth. Specifically, the company secured regulatory approvals for key rare kidney disease treatments during his tenure.

Extensive Biopharmaceutical Leadership and Industry Background
Furthermore, Mr. Campbell brings more than 25 years of specialized biopharmaceutical leadership to this organisation. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Amicus Therapeutics. Additionally, he held senior commercial positions at Genzyme and Bristol-Myers Squibb earlier in his career.
