Factory today appointed Francesca LaBianca as its Chief Operating Officer. Consequently, she becomes the first executive to hold this position at Factory.
Initially, LaBianca began her work with Factory during her tenure at Mantis Venture Capital. There, she successfully led the firm’s strategic investment in Factory. Subsequently, she officially joined Factory two years ago. Since then, she has worked directly with co-founders Matan Grinberg and Eno Reyes. Together, they expanded the corporate team, developed core products, and grew an enterprise client list.

Enterprise Scale and Global Talent Expansion
Currently, LaBianca steps into her executive role as Factory expands enterprise partnerships. Major industry leaders like NVIDIA, EY, RBC, Adobe, Palo Alto Networks, Adyen, Wipro, and Comarch rely on Factory solutions.
