Quantum Health Names Jamie Hall Chief Commercial Officer and Dr. Daniel Stein Chief Strategy Officer

Quantum Health

Quantum Health announced two strategic executive appointments today to support its accelerated growth phase. The company named Jamie Hall as Chief Commercial Officer. Meanwhile, Dr. Daniel Stein expands his corporate leadership responsibilities to become Chief Strategy Officer.

Hall previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CirrusMD before its acquisition. In his new role, he leads commercial operations, enterprise sales, partner alliances, and marketing. Furthermore, he drives the go-to-market strategy for Quantum Health across health plans and employer markets nationwide.

“CirrusMD joined Quantum Health because of our shared mission to make high-quality care more accessible, affordable and empathetic,” Hall said. “Together with Embold we are redesigning how healthcare is experienced for members while measurably reducing total cost of care for plan sponsors, making healthcare work better for everyone.”

Scaling Direct Virtual Care Integration

Dr. Daniel Stein will maintain his role as President of Embold Health while assuming strategy leadership responsibilities. Additionally, he guides clinical direction across the organization’s expanding artificial intelligence and provider quality initiatives.

“Great navigation and great care have to move together, not just point someone in the right direction, but make sure that direction leads somewhere excellent,” Stein said. “This role gives me a chance to bring that thinking into how the entire organization plans for what’s next, making sure quality stays at the center as we grow.”

The executive additions follow major strategic acquisitions by Quantum Health over the past twelve months. The enterprise acquired Embold Health in 2025 and CirrusMD in early 2026. Consequently, Quantum Health now serves over 20 million members across 570 enterprise clients.

Through these combined platforms, Quantum Health delivers direct clinical care alongside traditional navigation services. Members can connect with board-certified physicians via text chat in under 60 seconds. Moreover, clinically validated quality data guides every provider recommendation.

“Jamie and Daniel have each already shown what it looks like to bring a company into Quantum Health without losing what made it great,” said Dayne Williams, Chief Executive Officer of Quantum Health. “Putting them in these roles means we can carry that same thinking into how we go to market and how we plan for the future. We didn’t just acquire two great companies. We’re building one organization that acts earlier and delivers real care, not just guidance.”

Accelerating Market Growth and Partnerships

Additionally, Quantum Health continues to launch targeted solutions for cost management across employer health plans. The organization recently partnered with Lantern to incorporate specialized Centers of Excellence for complex medical conditions. In addition, Quantum Health enhanced the pharmacy navigation alignment with Scripta Insights, allowing for optimal prescribing choices involving thousands of drugs.
