Matlen Silver officially announced a major corporate executive promotion today. The company named veteran business leader Rebecca Ventura as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately.
Consequently, Ventura will directly oversee nationwide operational performance, corporate delivery strategy, and organizational execution. Moreover, she will continue driving operational excellence and enhancing overall client experience across all domestic staffing markets. Previously, Ventura served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Operations within the staffing organization. In this successful role, she grew regional teams and fostered strategic enterprise partnerships. Ventura joined the IT talent solutions provider in 2021 and was quickly promoted to four internal executive roles. She began as Regional Director of Sales and Business Operations. She then climbed the ranks to Vise President, then Senior Vise President, and now Chief Operating Officer. In her tenure with the company, she significantly strengthened the core enterprise sales structure. She additionally expanded operations across multiple key U.S. markets and modernized overall operational delivery. She was also very active in promoting the IGNITE junior hiring initiative for emerging technology professionals on the rise.
