Conduent Names Anna Novoseletsky as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary

Conduent Incorporated announced major corporate leadership moves today. The technology-driven business solutions provider appointed Anna Novoseletsky as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary. In this role, she leads global legal, compliance, risk, and HR functions. Additionally, she joins the executive management team immediately. Conduent relies heavily on its General Counsel to protect enterprise governance across international markets.

Experienced Executive Joining Leadership Team

Novoseletsky brings extensive legal experience across complex, highly regulated industries. Conduent Chief Executive Officer Harsha Agadi welcomed her to the corporate suite. He praised her background in corporate legal oversight and regulatory affairs.

Strong Track Record in Global Finance and Law

Before joining Conduent, Novoseletsky built a strong career in financial technology. She served as Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Cantaloupe, Inc. There, she guided legal strategies, corporate governance, and complex mergers and acquisitions.

Furthermore, she spent over a decade at Discover Financial Services. During that tenure, she worked as General Counsel for its global payments operations. She managed legal affairs across more than 20 countries. In that position, she advised leadership on strategic transactions and product innovation. Moreover, she resolved intricate regulatory matters for international financial operations.

Earlier in her career, she practiced law at Latham & Watkins. She handled securitization, capital markets law, and major corporate mergers. Consequently, her background as General Counsel prepares her well for Conduent’s strategic shift.

Novoseletsky expressed strong enthusiasm regarding her new executive position today.

Novoseletsky holds top academic credentials from premier law schools. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law. Previously, she received Bachelor and Master of Laws degrees, magna cum laude, in Ukraine. Currently, she maintains active law admission in the state of Illinois.

As General Counsel, Novoseletsky will safeguard intellectual property and manage regulatory compliance. Additionally, she will align risk functions with corporate objectives during ongoing portfolio restructuring. Her extensive background as General Counsel ensures strong governance through every phase of expansion.
