Podean acquired Optimizeads.ai and HypeLinks to strengthen its AI and marketplace technology infrastructure.

Moreover, the acquisitions mark the company’s fifth deal within the last nine months. As part of the agreement, Sarang Fegde’s engineering and development teams will join Podean’s global technology organization.
The Podean CTO Appointment supports the company’s broader strategy to expand retail media innovation and marketplace optimization capabilities. Furthermore, Podean confirmed that the combined platforms will improve social commerce measurement, operational efficiency, and AI-driven automation.
Podean’s technology ecosystem now includes Purvey.ai, Streamline, Amerge View, Amerge Engine, Optimizeads.ai, and HypeLinks. Together, these platforms support advanced retail analytics, advertising management, and marketplace performance optimization.
The company also introduced APEX, which stands for AI, Product and Engineering Excellence Team. The newly unified technology division includes 26 specialists across product, engineering, and artificial intelligence operations.
Sarang Fegde brings extensive experience in e-commerce technology and retail media innovation. Previously, he worked on Amazon Local, Amazon Retail, Prime Video, and Amazon Advertising initiatives.
