Foundever officially announced the appointment of Pierre Barrial as its new chief executive officer today. Foundever appointed the global business leader for the company’s next step towards sustainable growth. Additionally, Barrial has over 30 years’ experience in executive-level leadership in global technology firms. Foundever plans to develop stronger relationships with its clients and achieve excellence in its operations through his leadership. Also, the company will develop customer experience (CX) for some of the most successful brands around the world. This will include using agentic AI technologies extensively.
Decades of Global Leadership Experience

Barrial most recently served as president and chief executive officer at IDEMIA. At IDEMIA, he managed nearly 15,000 employees and over $3 billion in total revenue. During his five-year tenure, he successfully led major strategic and operational changes across the firm. Before IDEMIA, Barrial spent nearly two decades at Bull Group. There, he managed operations across Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Europe. As such, his vast experience is in sync with the international level that Foundever operates on a daily basis.
Establishing Financial Base for Growth in Future
Furthermore, the transition of the executive occurs at a pivotal time for the company. In August 2026, Foundever completed a recapitalization process, which enhanced its financial structure. As a result, Foundever can now allocate more funds toward technology, client servicing, and agentic AI.
