Sopra Steria appointed Rajesh Krishnamurthy as CEO to strengthen leadership in digital transformation and expand growth across global technology services. The Board of Directors ratified the appointment following an exhaustive selection process. The day he will take up the post is 2 February 2026.
Following the Board of Directors’ meeting, Pierre Pasquier said,

In his new role, Rajesh Krishnamurthy will lead the company’s strategy and accelerate its digital transformation across key global markets. He is well-versed in change management and is very familiar with the concept of operational excellence; apart from that. He brings to the table a very rich international experience. Besides, he has a proven record of attraction and leadership of global technology high-performing teams and firms.
Upon his appointment, Rajesh Krishnamurthy said,

Before joining Sopra Steria, Rajesh Krishnamurthy served as CEO of Expleo, overseeing the company’s growth, profitability, and overall performance. Different from that, he focused on the technology, but also did the business. At Infosys, he was the Senior VP for Core Business and Services, CMA CGM Senior Exec. Director of Digital & IT, and many more. Rajesh Krishnamurthy held various positions in big companies & had a direct hand in product innovation and winning market expansion strategies.
Rajesh Krishnamurthy was thankful for the opportunity & acknowledged that he is looking forward to implementing the Sopra Steria program.
