Visium announced today the official appointment of Jason DiBona as Chief Executive Officer. This strategic leadership update arrives as Visium enters an ambitious new phase of commercial expansion. Proven Executive Leadership Across Medtech and Global Operations
DiBona brings over 25 years of senior executive experience across medtech, health sciences, and international business operations. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Molekule, where he spearheaded clean air access initiatives. Furthermore, he previously guided global technology organizations through major corporate transformations, market expansions, and product launches.

DiBona succeeds Visium Co-Founder John Rajchert, who successfully led the organization since its initial founding. However, Rajchert will remain closely involved with Visium as Co-Founder and strategic adviser. In this ongoing role, Rajchert will support DiBona while accelerating next-generation Far-UVC LED developments at Visium UltraLabs. DiBona maintains that clean air remains a fundamental pillar of public health and human potential. Consequently, his appointment takes effect immediately to scale Visium operations globally.
