Willis Names Trevor Madden as Head of Captive and Insurance Management Solutions, Asia Pacific

Willis, a WTW business, today appointed Trevor Madden as Head of Captive and Insurance Management Solutions, Asia Pacific. His official appointment takes effect on 1 November 2026.

Furthermore, Madden will base his operations in Singapore. He will direct all business strategy for this solutions across the region. In this position, he succeeds Joyce Chua, who leaves the company for personal priorities.

Transitioning to Singapore, Madden moves from the Dublin operation. Since 2003, he held multiple executive leadership positions within Dublin. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for Irish operations.

Madden also brings over 35 years of global industry experience with him. His experience includes captive management, underwriting, regulatory governance, and growing the business. Throughout his career, he has led teams responsible for captive insurers in multiple jurisdictions.

He also assisted organizations in improving their captive insurance programs. This appointment strengthens Willis’ regional Insurance Management Solutions capabilities.
