Todd Diganci will join the Board of Directors of Broadridge Financial Solutions effective August 1, 2026. The appointment expands the board to 10 members, including eight independent directors. Diganci will also serve on the company’s Audit Committee.
Broadridge announced the appointment on June 9 from New York. The company said Diganci’s financial leadership and regulatory expertise will support its continued innovation efforts across financial services technology.

Diganci brings extensive experience in securities regulation and financial management. From 2017 through June 2026, he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Administrative Officer at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). In that role, he directed enterprise-wide financial and administrative operations for one of the key regulatory organizations in U.S. securities markets.
His responsibilities at FINRA included oversight of finance, human resources, and Credentialing, Registration, Education and Disclosure (CRED) operations. He also helped guide the organization through major regulatory and market changes.
Todd Diganci Brings Regulatory and Financial Expertise to Broadridge Board
Before becoming Executive Vice President, Diganci advanced through several leadership positions at FINRA. Prior to 2017, he served as Corporate Controller and later as Chief Financial Officer. During that period, he expanded the CFO function to include enterprise risk management and broader strategic leadership responsibilities.
Diganci also supports financial literacy initiatives. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the SIFMA Investor Education Foundation.
