Textron Inc. appointed Brian Rohloff as President and Chief Executive Officer of Textron Aviation today. In other words, Rohloff will assume the role of Operational Leadership from August 31, 2026. Rohloff succeeds Ron Draper, who resigns from Textron after 27 years of service. Additionally, Ron Draper was also the CEO of Textron Aviation for eight successive years.

Decades of Industry Leadership and Operational Growth
Rohloff brings 29 years of hands-on experience across critical corporate divisions at Textron Aviation. Most recently, he directed global customer service operations as Senior Vice President of Customer Support. Previously, he served as Vice President of Quality and Vice President of Sales. Furthermore, Rohloff managed key aircraft programs as Senior Product Director for Citation XLS+ and Citation X. He also directed Paint Operations earlier in his tenure.
In addition, Rohloff holds a degree from Wichita State University. His diverse expertise provides a solid operational foundation to guide Textron Aviation forward.
