Teledyne Technologies Incorporated has strengthened its Marine Electronics Leadership team by promoting Michelle Hildyard to General Manager of its Teledyne Raymarine and Teledyne FLIR Marine brands. The appointment marks another strategic step in expanding the company’s marine technology business. Hildyard will work from Fareham, England. She will oversee the Raymarine marine electronics portfolio and the FLIR Marine thermal camera business. Additionally, she will report directly to Gregoire Outters, President of Teledyne Marine Group.
In her new position, Hildyard will lead business strategy, product development, and commercial execution. She will also focus on product innovation, stronger operational performance, and integrated technologies. These solutions will improve safety, situational awareness, and overall boating experiences.

Outters welcomed the appointment and highlighted Hildyard’s industry expertise.
Meanwhile, Hildyard brings more than 20 years of experience across Teledyne Raymarine and Teledyne FLIR Marine. Throughout her career, she has held several senior leadership positions within the company. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations for both brands. It was in this position where she handled supply chain management, engineering, and product management.
Moreover, Hildyard has received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Reading. In addition, she acquired her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Southampton Business School. The naming strengthens Marine Electronics Leadership and drives innovation in the international maritime technology industry.
