The company has announced Seelan Nayagam as the new Asia Pacific CEO. Of NTT DATA, effective from March 16, 2026, based in Singapore. The promotion is a significant step in the company’s efforts to become the leader in digital transformation. As well as AI, the APAC region is emerging as a major market. Seelan Nayagam will succeed John Lombard, who will shortly report to Abhijit Dubey, President and CEO of NTT DATA, Inc.

Extensive Leadership Experience Across Global Markets
Nayagam brings 20-plus years of experience in driving profitable growth and transformation for leading technology companies. Prior to NTT DATA, he was responsible for running Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa businesses at DXC Technology. He led several billion-dollar revenue strategies and modernization plans for some of the key global clients. Earlier, he held various leadership positions with CSC and IBM, leading significant application management businesses. Driving business outcomes for teams with over 20,000 resources.
