Vertically integrated AI infrastructure leader Nscale today announced the appointment of Justin Osofsky as Chief Operating Officer. Consequently, Osofsky will report directly to Founder and Chief Executive Officer Josh Payne. Furthermore, he will oversee global operations as Nscale rapidly expands its market footprint worldwide.

Extensive Operational Background Across Tech Operations
Osofsky joins Nscale following an impressive 18-year executive career at Meta. During his tenure at Meta, he managed senior roles spanning global operations, partnerships, monetization, and corporate development. Most recently, he served as Chief Partnerships Officer at the technology giant. Previously, he led key operational business units as Chief Operating Officer of Instagram and Vice President of Global Operations. Additionally, he managed the Small and Medium Business group during his long tenure.

In his new executive role as Chief Operating Officer, Osofsky will drive cross-functional execution and operational discipline for Nscale. Specifically, these divisions include People, EMEA, APAC, Business Development, Communications, Marketing, Global Policy, and M&A.
Academia and strategic management form the foundation of his career. Osofsky earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. Likewise, he holds an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University. Before his leadership tenure at Meta, he worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Ultimately, his appointment strengthens Nscale’s ability to maintain operational excellence while scaling global AI cloud systems.
