Software monitoring leader New Relic has officially appointed tech executive Nandini Ramani as Chief Executive Officer and Board member. The executive transition takes effect immediately across global enterprise operations. Furthermore, Ramani succeeds outgoing CEO Ashan Willy. Meanwhile, Willy will remain with the organization as an advisor to the Board. This appointment aligns with rising customer adoption of software platforms at New Relic.
Previously, Ramani served in top leadership roles at Amazon Web Services. During her tenure, she managed core portfolios across observability, search engines, and compliance tools. Additionally, she directed agentic transformation initiatives for these cloud platform services. Throughout her distinguished career, Ramani led major engineering divisions across enterprise software titans. Her career background includes executive engineering roles at X, Oracle, and Sun Microsystems. Consequently, New Relic gains deep infrastructure leadership to accelerate its cloud monitoring software vision.
