Kelly Appoints Chief Product and Technology Officer

Kelly, which is a global organization offering workforce strategy and solutions, has announced that Alan Stukalsky will serve as its Chief Product and Technology Officer, starting from July 13. The Chief Product and Technology Officer will become a member of Kelly’s senior management and will be reporting directly to CEO Chris Layden. In addition, he will be responsible for the company’s product, technology, and digital innovation strategies.

This appointment highlights Kelly’s ongoing commitment to technology-based workforce solutions.. Moreover, the company aims to strengthen its digital capabilities while expanding AI-powered products and services for clients and candidates.

Stukalsky brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in technology and digital transformation. Throughout his career, he has directed major modernization initiatives, enterprise platform transformations, cloud migration programs, AI-enabled innovation projects, and the development of new digital business models. As a result, he has built a strong reputation for aligning technology, product development, and business strategy to deliver measurable outcomes for customers, employees, and shareholders.

Technology Leadership Strengthens Kelly’s Digital Strategy

Before joining Kelly, Stukalsky served as chief digital and information officer at LHH, which operates as part of the Adecco Group. Previously, he spent more than 16 years at Randstad. During that time, he held dual executive positions as chief digital officer and chief information officer for North America. Consequently, he gained extensive experience leading enterprise technology transformation and digital innovation across global organizations.

He has also been recognized in the technology leadership field by industry bodies. For instance, he was honored as the Georgia CIO of the Year Award for Large Enterprises. Moreover, he possesses a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Emory University. By appointing the new Chief Product and Technology Officer, Kelly continues driving the innovations within its products, AI and digitalization strategy.
