AMCS Group appointed Eric S. Walsh as its new Chief Executive Officer to guide its next growth phase. The CEO appointment supports stronger customer relationships and wider global expansion. Moreover, AMCS plans to deepen its presence across North America and Europe. The company also continues advancing AI-powered automation for waste, recycling, and transportation industries.
AMCS Prepares for Its Next Phase of Global Expansion
AMCS built a SaaS platform that serves more than 5,000 organizations across 23 countries. Furthermore, the company plans to strengthen existing partnerships while improving customer outcomes. Jimmy Martin, who co-founded AMCS in 2003, will step down as CEO. However, he will continue supporting long-term growth through the AMCS Board of Directors.

Walsh brings more than two decades of enterprise software experience to the Chief Executive Officer role. Previously, he held senior leadership positions at MRI Software, NCR, and PowerSchool. In addition, he helped organizations improve customer value and operational performance.
