Arch Insurance North America has appointed Imran Jalozie as Chief Information Officer, strengthening its focus on digital transformation in insurance and enterprise technology leadership.
In this position, Jalozie is responsible for the enterprise’s IT infrastructure and technology delivery. Furthermore, he works towards transforming the company’s platforms. Reporting to Lauren Dieterich, who is the COO of Arch Insurance, Jalozie is also accountable to the company’s CEO. In fact, Arch Insurance notes that its commitment to insurance digital transformation is further emphasized by this appointment.

Driving Digital Transformation and Technology Leadership
He was appointed to the position of Vice President of IT Application Development at Arch in 2022. Subsequently, he acted as the company’s interim CIO from May 2025. Prior to being recruited at Arch, he had over 22 years of experience in various IT leadership & IT transformation positions. Furthermore, it is important to state that his emphasis on collaboration between the IT and operations teams will streamline processes. In addition, it will help responsibly introduce new technologies like artificial intelligence.
