Solovis Launches Preview of Solovis IO, Adds Former Yale Investments COO Jon Fernandez to Its Board, and Names Ryan Manougian as SVP of Sales

Solovis IO

Solovis today announced the public preview release of Solovis IO to enhance multi-asset portfolio analytics. The institutional platform also added former Yale Investments COO Jon Fernandez to its board. Furthermore, the company appointed Ryan Manougian as Senior Vice President of Sales. These strategic leadership moves strengthen enterprise expansion as investment offices adopt modern technology.

“We are opening Solovis IO as a public preview,” said Leo Rozkin, Chief Executive Officer of Solovis. “Our clients will shape what it becomes, and they will see us move at the pace our beta clients have already seen. Jon has been in the room with our team, bringing what he hears from investment offices and the market into the roadmap, and we’re thrilled to have him on the board. Ryan joins us as our Senior Vice President of Sales after 20 years in sales leadership, much of it working directly with organizations to improve outcomes through connected data. When I joined, I said Solovis should be the one place where our clients can ask any audacious question and trust every answer. Solovis IO is how we deliver on that.”

In most institutional offices, complex portfolio questions take weeks to process properly. Consequently, investment teams rarely pursue those deeper analytical inquiries. The new Solovis IO solution solves this challenge by enabling direct access to auditable data records. Moreover, compliance functions already rely on these central data records for operational reporting.

Transforming Institutional Investment Data and Leadership

Major asset owners managing over $20 trillion in assets currently rely on Solovis systems. Today, Solovis IO integrates artificial intelligence, custom dashboards, proactive alerts, and reporting into a unified experience. The system connects directly with Portfolio Analytics, with Risk Pro functionality following soon. In addition, the public preview offers Model Context Protocol connectivity in November alongside updated reporting features.

Board appointee Fernandez previously spearheaded technology modernization across the Yale endowment. Earlier in his career, Fernandez spent thirteen years as an executive at Bridgewater Associates. Subsequently, he led digital transformation initiatives at enterprise software maker VMware. Currently, he serves as CEO of DividendAI and advises institutional allocators on practical AI applications.

“At Yale, I learned very quickly that data availability, data quality, and calculation capabilities for allocators and LPs lag what’s available for some sophisticated GPs, and there is no reason for that to be the case given the pace of model evolution. A lot of the current work in investment offices depends on questions that are hard to answer and slow to check,” said Fernandez. “I’ve been on the front lines of what agentic AI can do, and I see a tremendous opportunity for Solovis users to be at the forefront. Solovis already holds the record that many of the largest asset owners rely on, and putting AI on top of that record is where this gets interesting. Our clients have told us they want to ask harder questions of their portfolios and get answers in time to use them. Solovis IO is designed for exactly that, and I’m excited to be part of the team building it.”

Strengthening Sales Leadership for Next-Generation Platform Growth

Sales leader Manougian joins the company from Upland Software, where he served as Vice President of Sales. Previously, he led global sales teams as Senior Vice President at Bloomfire. Throughout his twenty-year career, Manougian has built unified data platforms for enterprise software clients. At Solovis, he will lead revenue operations and guide institutions adopting Solovis IO technology.

“I’ve spent most of my career with organizations working to break down data silos so they can make decisions and act with intent,” said Manougian. “Investment offices live with that challenge every day. Their data sits in various systems while they deal with increasing demands from a greater number of managers, more private market exposure and volatility, and more questions from their boards. Our clients imagine what is possible with AI as market hype continues, but no one has figured out a way to bring their sources together in a trusted, secure, and organized manner. We believe Solovis IO is a major step toward making this a reality.”

Institutions continue seeking integrated software to streamline decision-making. Therefore, Solovis IO addresses these growing demands across volatile private and public markets.
