Chief Human Resources Officer Agnès Park Joins Sodexo Global Executive Team
Sodexo has appointed Agnès Park as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 1, 2026. She will report directly to CEO Thierry Delaporte and join the company’s Global Executive Team. The Chief Human Resources Officer appointment reflects Sodexo’s continued focus on talent development and business growth. In addition, the new Chief Human Resources Officer will help strengthen the company’s people strategy worldwide.
Agnès Park joins Sodexo with extensive international leadership experience across several industries. Her background includes key roles in Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, and Technology Life Sciences sectors. During her career, she has been developing and implementing HR strategies for meeting short- and long-term business objectives. In addition, she has spearheaded important organizational changes that have allowed organizations to meet their growth targets.
Park has created efficient programs for talent and leadership development. Also, she has introduced workforce planning strategies based on good labor relations and social dialogue. Thanks to this, organizations have experienced increased engagement and growth. Her appointment comes amid further developments of Sodexo’s strategic objectives.
