Shah has over 25 years of experience in healthcare and tech. He’s an expert in product management, AI, digital transformation, and fixing clinical workflows. Also, he led projects on healthcare finance and improving the patient experience.

Shah has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University. Plus, he holds ten patents for experience personalization and service innovation.
