In this new role, Eppie Titong III will lead APAC operations. He will also drive operational consistency and delivery excellence. Eppie brings more than 20 years of experience in business process outsourcing. He has managed operations with over 20,000 employees across several sites in the Philippines. In addition, he has overseen delivery teams in India and Egypt. He has built a strong record in scaling operations and improving results. Therefore, Foundever expects him to strengthen regional execution and client outcomes. He will be based in the Philippines.
