Deluxe has announced the election of Paul R. Garcia as the independent Chair of Deluxe Board of Directors. Garcia has served on the board since 2020. He succeeds Cheryl Mayberry McKissack, who is retiring.
New Leadership for Corporate Governance
Garcia brings extensive industry experience to his new position. He is the retired Chairman and CEO of Global Payments Inc. He served in that role from 1999 to 2014. Previously, he acted as President and CEO of NaBanco from 1982 to 1995.

Garcia has held various high-level executive roles during his career. He plans to help the company strengthen its competitive position.

This leadership transition ensures continued focus on the company’s strategy as a trusted Payments and Data company.
