ReSource Pro announced Su-Ting Fu as Senior Vice President of Data Strategy. He reports directly to the CEO and leads enterprise-wide data strategy execution. He drives data governance, analytics, and AI capabilities to boost innovation and client value.

Fu joins from Morgan Stanley, where he served as Executive Director in Firm Risk Management. He led credit risk for wealth management lending and derivatives products. He oversaw more than $100 billion exposure across many wealth management client accounts. He managed global teams across New York and Mumbai for risk operations. Also, he modernized risk frameworks and developed advanced stress testing capabilities. He also built governance structures for complex financial products.
Experience, Integration and Future Growth
Fu led risk integration during Morgan Stanley’s acquisition of E*TRADE. He managed cross-functional teams supporting due diligence and enterprise integration efforts. He also designed operating models for seamless organizational transition.
Earlier, he held leadership roles in investment banking, trading, and corporate treasury. He also worked on liquidity, market risk, and portfolio optimization strategies. He contributed at BlueMountain Capital Management focusing on risk modeling and liquidity strategy.
