Tyrell brings over 20 years of leadership across workforce solutions, staffing, software, and supply chain technology environments.

Previously, he was employed as the Chief Technology Officer for Eclipse Advantage, where he headed strategic initiatives concerning the company’s platform and enterprise transformation.

He has been involved in system modernization programs centered around automation, operational efficiencies, and business sustainability. His professional background aligns well with Cross Country Healthcare’s goals of scaling innovation and solidifying enterprise technology infrastructures. At Cross Country Healthcare, the expansion of its workforce intelligence platform, Intellify®, is ongoing, as well as improvements to its enterprise technology capabilities for increased visibility and decision support.
