Seismic

Seismic, the Go-To-Market Performance company, named Umberto Milletti as Chief Product and Technology Officer today. In this role, Milletti leads design, engineering, technical support, research and development, and artificial intelligence innovation. Furthermore, Seismic plans to invest over $100 million in its revenue execution roadmap following its merger with Highspot.

As an accomplished executive and entrepreneur, Milletti brings decades of enterprise software experience. He specializes in scaling global engineering teams and translating emerging technologies into measurable customer value. Additionally, he will focus on developing intelligent experiences that help go-to-market teams improve productivity, execution, and overall performance.

“Umberto brings a rare combination of product vision, deep technical expertise, and entrepreneurial leadership at exactly the right moment for Seismic,” said Rob Tarkoff, Chief Executive Officer, Seismic. “We have an extraordinary opportunity to define how a generation of companies turn strategy into revenue. Umberto’s leadership will help us realize that vision by accelerating bold, enterprise-ready innovation that delivers massive impact for our customers.”

“Seismic, and the enablement discipline as a whole, are at a pivotal moment,” said Milletti. “I joined because that moment requires rethinking how GTM teams use AI to turn strategy into consistent execution. This is a category-defining opportunity and I’m confident we’ll seize it for our customers’ benefit because of our strong product foundation, deep talent, and unique insights from millions of users.”

Executive Background and Enterprise Board Expansion

Earlier in his career, Milletti co-founded DigitalThink. There, he helped pioneer an early multi-tenant SaaS platform for online learning. Consequently, he guided DigitalThink through its initial public offering and acquisition by Convergys. Following the merger with Highspot, several leaders joined Seismic to guide growth.
