Rithum, a commerce solutions company serving the entire world, appointed Mausam Bhatt as Chief Product Officer, starting from March 30, 2026. She will be leading the product organization on a global scale while integrating the manner in which Rithum creates and scales its platform. Additionally, Rithum keeps on innovating with respect to products and creating intelligence in commerce experiences for global brands, retailers, and suppliers. Bhatt will be managing her product organization and working alongside other executives to formulate and implement their product strategy. He will focus on scalability, AI-driven capabilities, and delivering long-term customer value.

Driving AI-Powered Commerce Innovation
Bhatt will advance Rithum’s product strategy to deliver a unified and intelligent platform experience for customers. Innovation will be the priority focus for all aspects of his work in commerce, marketplace, and retail media solutions to improve results. Moreover, he will leverage the power of AI through RithumIQ to optimize product content. He will also integrate automation in catalog mapping and prediction to increase cross-channel effectiveness. Moreover, Bhatt will introduce automation in pricing, inventory, and fulfillment processes to optimize operations. This will assist brands and retailers in scaling their operations.
Bhatt is an expert in scaling digital platforms worldwide in the commerce and consumer technology sectors. Recently, he held the position of Chief Product & Technology Officer at Realtor.com. In this role, he oversaw the product and engineering teams and helped modernize the platform and introduced AI capabilities to improve performance. Previously, Bhatt held senior product leadership roles at Google and led commerce initiatives across Google Shopping. He also served as Chief Product Officer at RetailMeNot, contributing to product growth and innovation. Earlier, Bhatt worked with Flipkart’s leadership team and helped scale the platform beyond 75 million users. He also supported growth beyond $4 billion in annual revenue through strong product strategies.
