There has been a recent development in the leadership structure of Assurant Inc. Lynn Blake has been appointed. To the Board of Directors of the global protection company. This took effect on January 28, 2026. Prior to this appointment, Blake was an executive at State Street Global Advisors. Blake has more than thirty years of experience in the asset management industry. She will be a member of the Finance and Risk Committee. She will also be a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Blake has experience in managing global teams that specialize in equity strategies. Lynn Blake also has significant experience in the field of sustainability and asset stewardship.
