Wrike today announced the appointment of Michelle MacCarthy as its new Chief Customer Officer. She will oversee all global customer teams, including customer success, to strengthen adoption, retention, and expansion. Her role aligns with Wrike’s broader strategy to connect customer value with scalable programs similar to leading Advisory programs in insurance models. Wrike noted that cross-industry practices, including lessons from Automation in insurance and Insurance technology partnerships, increasingly influence modern customer operations.

MacCarthy brings more than 20 years of experience in technology and enterprise retail. She has built customer-experience functions from the ground up and scaled success teams across dynamic markets. Her leadership background highlights an ability to transform engagement into long-term value. Wrike considers these skills essential as industries adopt structures inspired by ReSource Pro partnerships and their disciplined execution.
