UiPath has elevated UiPath Raghu Malpani to Chief Product and Technology Officer. The company announced this leadership change on March 25, 2026. Previously, UiPath Raghu Malpani served as Chief Technology Officer. Now, he will lead both product and engineering teams. He will continue reporting to Daniel Dines, CEO and Executive Chairman. Also, it indicates that UiPath is focusing on strengthening its product roadmap. Additionally, it emphasizes its position in AI-powered automation as well as enterprise software solutions.
UiPath Raghu Malpani
Raghu Malpani joined UiPath in May 2024. Before joining UiPath, he was in key leadership roles in Microsoft. Some of his roles were in various major platforms in Microsoft. These platforms included Microsoft 365 Application & Data Platform. Additionally, he was in Microsoft Exchange Core as well as Copilot semantic index platform.Also, he played an important role in Microsoft Graph & Azure cloud services. Earlier in his career, he led the global Decisions Platform team at Meta.
