The Trade Desk has appointed Tahnil Davis as its interim CFO. To manage finance functions until the company finds a new permanent finance chief. She took up the position effective January 24, 2026, and brings extensive financial leadership expertise to the advertising technology firm. Davis is currently the company’s Chief Accounting Officer and has been with the company for close to 11 years. In her new role, she will be responsible for managing financial strategy, reporting and governance. Will directly report to CEO Jeff Green. She takes over from Alex Kayyal, who has resigned as the company’s CFO. But will remain on the company’s board until the 2026 annual meeting. The company has initiated an external search for a permanent replacement.

Davis to Steer Financial Strategy During Transition

In addition, The Trade Desk reiterated its financial guidance for the fourth quarter of 2025. The company is projecting revenue of at least $840 million and adjusted EBITDA of approximately $375 million. As part of the interim leadership of Davis.
