Experity’s founder, David Stern, announced Bobby Ghoshal as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Stern assumes Executive Chairperson of the Board as part of this planned leadership transition. This is a result of a year-long focus to improve company culture and customer continuity. Ghoshal was previously President and Chief Operating Officer at Experity since August 2025. He has over 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Prior to Experity, he was the head of ResMed’s Residential Care Software business, which exceeded $600 million in revenue. His experience includes roles as Chief Technology Officer and COO of Brightree. Ghoshal has led acquisitions valued at more than $2.5 billion during his career.
Vision and Industry Impact
“At Experity, the CEO role sets the pace and direction for everything we do,” said Stern. “In urgent care, that leadership has ripple effects across the entire industry. Since becoming President and COO in August, Bobby has proven himself through results, by earning trust, and by deeply connecting with our customers.”
Stern highlighted Bobby’s proven results, customer trust, and industry connections. Experity continues investing in AI-driven solutions, including AI Scribe and Care Agent. These technologies enhance EMR care experiences and patient engagement seamlessly.
Ghoshal on the Future and Growth
“David leaves an unmatched legacy at Experity and the urgent care industry, building an industry-leading technology and services platform that powers the largest footprint of urgent care clinics in the United States,” said Ghoshal. “It is my privilege to build on this strong foundation and lead our next chapter of transformation, accelerating innovation using AI, strengthening our partnerships, and empowering providers to deliver exceptional patient care and experience.”
Ghoshal aims to accelerate innovation, strengthen partnerships, and empower providers nationwide. The transition was revealed at Experity’s Urgent Care Connect conference for industry leaders. Experity expanded with a new Nashville office, joining existing locations across the U.S. The company employs around 575 people and continues to hire nationwide.
