The company said it appointed Veronica Lubatkin as president and chief financial officer and appointed Jenna Susanke as chief people officer. Both appointments are effective immediately and both executives will report directly to Chief Executive Officer James Mylett.

Veronica Lubatkin has extensive experience in leading large multi-location service organizations. She was most recently Chief Financial Officer at RailWorks, North America’s largest rail transportation, construction and maintenance services company.
At RailWorks, Lubatkin oversaw the finance, enterprise risk management and information technology organizations. She also led the implementation of an enterprise resource planning system for a company with approximately $1 billion in annual revenue.
Earlier in her career, Lubatkin held several senior financial leadership positions within the life sciences sector. She served as Chief Financial Officer at Par Pharmaceuticals and also held finance leadership roles at Schering-Plough. Furthermore, she began her professional career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen, where she built a strong financial foundation.

Jenna Susanke joins Smart Care Solutions with more than three decades of human capital leadership experience across complex global organizations. Most recently, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Veolia North America, a leading environmental services company.
Throughout her career, Susanke has led workforce transformation initiatives while developing strong organizational cultures. In addition, she held senior leadership and consulting positions at Philip Morris International, PepsiCo, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Aon.
Her experience includes developing leadership pipelines, strengthening employee engagement, and guiding organizations through major business transformations. Consequently, Smart Care Solutions expects her expertise to support its evolving workforce strategy and long-term growth plans.
