ResultsCX Appoints Gautam Thakkar as CEO to Lead Growth Strategy

ResultsCX officially appointed Gautam Thakkar as the new Customer Experience Management CEO today. Additionally, Thakkar joins the company’s Board of Directors. This move comes as the firm expands its global reach. Specifically, ResultsCX serves major Fortune 100 and FTSE 250 organizations. Thakkar brings over thirty years of global leadership experience.

Furthermore, he has a proven track record of scaling technology-enabled operations. Previously, he served as a founding leader and CEO of Infosys BPM. He helped enterprises modernize outsourcing strategies through automation and analytics. More recently, he led a massive multiyear transformation at Unifi Aviation. Consequently, revenue scaled nearly fourfold during his five-year tenure there.
