Marinello brings more than twenty years of experience in insurance and technology. He used to lead major initiatives and partnership programs at Ivans. His background includes developing frameworks that connect carriers, brokers, and technology providers through automation and integration. ReSource Pro believes his experience will support stronger Automation in insurance and enhance the company’s collaborative model.
As Senior Director, Marinello will guide the creation of a tiered partner network. The network will feature clear engagement models, co-marketing opportunities, and shared go-to-market strategies. The company wants every partner to access measurable value through improved communication and coordinated execution.
