The Questel CEO appointment marks a significant leadership shift as Frederic Beylier takes charge of the global intellectual property solutions provider. Questel, backed by Eurazeo and IK Partners, has officially named Frederic Beylier as its new Chief Executive Officer. He will operate from the company’s Paris headquarters and oversee global operations.

Moreover, Beylier brings extensive leadership experience across global technology organizations. He has consistently driven rapid growth in competitive and fast-evolving industries. His expertise includes execution strategy, commercial expansion, and innovation management. Previously, Beylier served as CEO of Flowbird Group, a leader in urban mobility technology. Additionally, he advised the CEO of APRIL, a major insurance brokerage technology firm. Earlier, he spent over six years at IDEMIA as Group Chief Operating Officer and Executive Board Member. There, he helped build a global leader in security technology solutions.

Leadership Transition Strengthens Growth Strategy

The Questel CEO appointment also marks the transition from longtime CEO Charles Besson. Besson led the company for 25 years and will remain a key shareholder. Furthermore, he will continue contributing as a member of the Supervisory Board.
