The CEO responsibilities at Qualtrics, an experience management company, are now assumed by Jason Maynard, with immediate effect. Qualtrics has appointed Maynard as the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the company’s Board. Maynard assumes the position as the company is scaling its AI strength and expanding its enterprise solutions. Maynard brings more than 30 years of technology and software experience to Qualtrics. Before joining Qualtrics, Maynard was the Executive Vice President of Revenue Operations at Oracle. At Oracle, he contributed to the company’s revenue growth and increased its customer base. Additionally, the appointment is in line with the company’s plans to increase its AI-driven solutions.

Maynard takes over as full-time leader. Jim Whitehurst and Mark Gillett, who were acting as co-CEOs, return to the board. Whitehurst retains his position as Executive Chairman. The strategic pivot at Qualtrics, led by Maynard, focuses on increased adoption of AI, enhanced experience insights, & loyalty to customers.
