Novelis Appoints Emilio Braghi as New COO, Enhancing Operational Excellence across Global Sites. The sustainable aluminum leader announced the move today. The company confirmed that Braghi will assume the new role effective immediately and will report to President & CEO Steve Fisher. In his new role, he will spearhead the safety, quality, and reliability improvements. Having spent over 25 years with Novelis, he served most recently as President of Novelis Europe. Braghi originally joined Novelis in 1999 as sales manager for Europe and, since then. Has grown through operational and commercial leadership positions across continents.
