MotorK Appoints Zoltan Gelencser as Interim Group CEO and Board Member

MotorK has appointed Zoltan Gelencser as its new MotorK Interim CEO with immediate effect. The company also named him as a member of the Board of Directors. MotorK announced the leadership update as part of its long-term growth strategy in the EMEA automotive retail market.

Leadership Transition Supports MotorK Growth Strategy 

The company confirmed that Gelencser succeeded Amir Rosentuler in the executive leadership role. However, Rosentuler will continue serving as Executive Chairman of the Board. MotorK said the transition supports its focus on operational efficiency and sustainable profitability.

Gelencser joined MotorK as Group Chief Financial Officer in January 2025. Since then, he has contributed to strategic planning and operational priorities across the business. Meanwhile, he will continue handling CFO responsibilities on an interim basis. The company also plans to begin a search for a permanent CFO soon.

The MotorK Interim CEO appointment highlights the company’s commitment to strengthening enterprise operations and expanding digital automotive retail solutions across the region.
