Miles Ennis has been named President of Komodo Health as the company evolves its leadership structure to support continued growth and innovation.
As part of the leadership transition, Miles Ennis will serve as President. Meanwhile, co-Founder Web Sun will assume the role of co-Chief Executive Officer alongside co-Founder and CEO Arif Nathoo, MD.
The leadership changes come as healthcare and Life Sciences organizations move beyond AI experimentation. Consequently, many organizations now seek trusted solutions that can operate at enterprise scale.
Komodo’s healthcare-native AI platform, Marmot, helps organizations create a real-time intelligence layer. The platform generates verifiable evidence and delivers answers to complex business questions within minutes.
“The next era of healthcare AI will be defined by vertical AI platforms that combine deep domain expertise, trusted data foundations, and purpose-built intelligence, and we believe Komodo is positioned to lead that category,” said Nathoo. “We have tremendous confidence in the opportunity ahead and are committed to continuing to invest in our platform, our people, and our partners to meet the growing demand for healthcare-native AI.”
Ennis joined Komodo Health as Chief Revenue Officer in July 2024. Later, the company appointed him Chief Operating Officer in September 2025.
Since joining the company, he has helped drive significant growth. Furthermore, he accelerated the commercialization and adoption of Marmot while strengthening strategic partnerships.
“Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations are moving beyond AI pilots and looking for solutions that work at enterprise scale, built on data they can trust and a platform designed for the complexity of healthcare,” said Ennis. “That is exactly what Komodo delivers, and as President, my focus will be to ensure our platform delivers measurable value and impact for the organizations we serve.”
As President, Ennis will oversee global go-to-market initiatives, operations, marketing, and product strategy alignment. Moreover, he will help connect product innovation with customer needs while strengthening execution across the business.
“This evolved leadership structure reflects the scale of the opportunity ahead and the operating complexity of this next phase of growth,” said Sun. “Miles has consistently demonstrated the ability to connect strategy, product innovation, customer needs, and execution, a capability that becomes even more important as AI reshapes what is possible in healthcare and Life Sciences.”
