Rimkus announced a major leadership change today. Specifically, the firm appointed Matthew Cass as the new Chief Transformation Officer. They established this new role to strengthen their global enterprise platform. Currently, Rimkus is expanding its forensic and built-environment businesses. They also focus on growing their life sciences sector. Consequently, this appointment supports their worldwide strategic expansion.

Scaling Operations and Technology
Cass previously worked at Consor in a senior role. There, he managed major enterprise transformation efforts. Furthermore, he held leadership positions at WSP. He managed regional operations and financial performance there. As the new Chief Transformation Officer, he focuses on strategy execution. Specifically, he strengthens internal systems and processes. He also leads the information technology function. Therefore, he oversees enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations.
Additionally, he advances process improvements for better visibility. He ensures operational consistency across the whole organization. Furthermore, Cass collaborates with various internal leaders. He wants to update important tools and processes. For example, he uses advanced AI technologies to help new teams work together better.
