Manhattan Associates Drives Future Growth With CFO Transition Strategy

Manhattan Associates announced that Dennis Story will retire as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. His retirement takes effect on March 31, 2026, after two decades of service with the company. Linda Pinne will succeed him as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer. Meanwhile, Story will remain an advisor to the CEO through the end of 2026. He joined as CFO in March 2006 and led a strong financial expansion. During his tenure, revenue grew approximately 275 percent. Operating cash flow increased nearly 785 percent during the same period. Additionally, market capitalization expanded more than fifty times under his financial leadership.

Incoming CFO Experience and Investor Outlook

Linda Pinne has served Manhattan for more than twenty years in senior finance roles. Since January 2016, she has served as Senior Vice President, Global Corporate Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer. She strengthened financial controls, improved processes, and supported enterprise-wide growth initiatives. Furthermore, Manhattan reaffirmed its 2026 financial guidance issued on January 27, 2026. The company will also participate in the Raymond James 47th Annual Institutional Investors Conference on March 2, 2026.

Additionally, executives will attend the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on March 3, 2026.
