Bobb Lemmond was appointed Chief Executive Officer by LRN Corporation today, which marked a major change in its leadership. In addition to this, Lemmond will be on the Board of Directors. Of LRN and will lead the company’s international expansion of ethics and compliance solutions.

Lemmond headed the information services, governance, risk, and compliance sectors with leadership experience to more than twenty years. He was CEO of major divisions at global firms and Clarivate, Institutional Shareholder Services. Wolters Kluwer where he held senior executive roles, before his most recent position.

In different parts of the world through regulatory complexity and help them build a strong organizational culture. Lemmond is the successor of Kevin Michielsen, who has been leading LRN since 2020. Michielsen will be moving into an advisory capacity supporting the Board of Directors.
