Medical technology company LivaNova PLC recently announced a major update to its executive leadership team. In particular, Anne Liddy was named Chief Legal Officer of the company starting August 31. Consequently, she will head all the company’s legal activities. She will also join the executive leadership team to help shape future corporate strategies.
Liddy brings over two decades of high-level legal experience to the medical technology company. Previously, she served as General Counsel at Hologic, Inc. She was responsible for running their legal department on a global basis and guiding their Board of Directors.. Her extensive background includes working as Corporate Counsel at Pfizer, Inc. Furthermore, she started her career at the prestigious law firm Ropes & Gray LLP.
