Later announced the appointment of Dena Upton as its new Later Chief People Officer. The company added the executive leader as part of its long-term growth and AI innovation strategy.

Later Expands Leadership to Support Creator Economy Growth 

Later said Dena Upton will lead the company’s global people strategy. Additionally, she will support expansion across influencer marketing, creator commerce, and AI-powered technology initiatives.

The Later Chief People Officer appointment reflects the company’s focus on building a strong workplace culture during rapid growth. Moreover, Later continues expanding its leadership team to strengthen operations across the creator economy sector.

Later recently reported a $2.9 billion annual GMV run rate. Furthermore, the company recently introduced creator AEO, an Answer Engine Optimization solution designed for AI-powered search visibility.
