Kontoor Brands, Inc. has officially elected Jamie Caulfield and Michael Skipworth to its board of directors. Consequently, the election takes effect immediately. In addition, Kontoor Brands expanded its board size from seven to nine directors. This strategic move strengthens executive leadership as the organization scales its market presence.

Executive Experience and Strategic Expansion
Meanwhile, Mr. Caulfield brings extensive commercial expertise to Kontoor Brands. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of PepsiCo, Inc. That global beverage and convenient foods company generates nearly $94 billion in net revenue. Furthermore, during his 30-year career at PepsiCo, Mr. Caulfield held key finance positions. He served as Senior Vice President and CFO of PepsiCo Foods North America. Furthermore, he directed Investor Relations from 2011 to 2019.
His background encompasses corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions, and financial planning. Additionally, Mr. Caulfield holds an accounting degree from Loyola University. He also graduated from the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School. Therefore, Mr. Caulfield will join the Audit and Nominating & Governance committees at Kontoor Brands.
Similarly, Mr. Skipworth adds substantial consumer brand expertise to Kontoor Brands. Currently, he serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wingstop Inc. That company operates and franchises over 3,000 global restaurants. Prior to his CEO appointment, Mr. Skipworth directed operations, accounting, and finance. Specifically, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Wingstop.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Cardinal Logistics Holdings and KPMG LLP. Additionally, Mr. Skipworth holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Midwestern State University. Moving forward, he is scheduled to serve on the Audit and Talent & Compensation Committees for Kontoor Brands.
